Our Products

All products are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly from mockup images due to monitor calibration and print production. We reserve the right to discontinue any design at any time.

Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted and sent to production.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of your order.

Shipping

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at hello@emotionalsupport.ca within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or refund.

Intellectual Property

All character designs, artwork, and branding are owned by Emotional Support Animal Co. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Emotional Support Animal Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products beyond the value of the order in question.
