Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. All sales are final.
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at hello@emotionalsupport.ca within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at our discretion.
Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@emotionalsupport.ca within 30 days and we will make it right immediately.
